At Cham Home, community living is at the heart of everything.

The spacious communal kitchen is the center of the house — a place for connection and exchange.

Equipped with a large wooden table and matching benches, all essential kitchen tools, modern appliances, and plenty of personal storage for each resident, it offers the perfect space for cooking, sharing meals, and enjoying time together.

At Cham Home, each floor has its own newly renovated shared bathroom.

The bathroom on the first floor offers ample space, including a toilet, a spacious sink with plenty of counter space, and a modern shower in a separate area. The washing machine, available for use by all residents, is also located here.

The second-floor bathroom is just off the top of the stairs. It also includes a spacious bathroom sink, toilet and a modern shower.

A washing machine is located in the bathroom on the first floor of the house and is available for all residents to use.
Laundry can be dried in the designated drying area in the basement.
Of course, residents of the two rooms with balconies are also welcome to hang their laundry outside.

If you don’t have your own car but still want to get around, you can borrow our house bike – a Gazelle e-bike called “Miss Grace.”

In the basement and attic of P16, you’ll find plenty of storage space – perfect for large suitcases, your own bike, or sports equipment.
