Our house P16 is not a typical student dorm – it’s a real home for shared living with character. Lovingly renovated, the house offers two residential floors with a total of six rooms, two bathrooms, a spacious communal kitchen, and some thoughtful extras — including high-speed Wi-Fi.

This room on the first floor has a special atmosphere and is considered a true insider tip. An arched doorway in the center of the space divides it into two zones: a dedicated work area and a cozy retreat. Both areas are pleasantly lit by two windows. Like all rooms in P16, it comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair — and is stylishly complemented by carefully selected artwork on the walls.

The layout is especially suitable for couples, but with minimal effort, it can be converted into two separate, equally sized single rooms. As in all units, carefully selected artworks on the walls add a personal and distinctive touch.
