You write to info@chamhome.de telling who you are, what you do, and for how long you expect to need the room (non-binding). We will then arrange a personal introductory meeting with you, possibly via video conference.

A copy of an identification document (identity card, passport).

The rent is a basic rent, meaning it does not include additional costs. The additional costs are calculated at the end of the year based on the actual expenses according to the applicable legal regulations. You make a monthly advance payment towards the estimated amount of additional costs.

We require a deposit of 300 euros per room (600 euros for the double room).

At the beginning of the month, that is, in advance.

You must leave the room broom-clean and remove all your belongings completely, including from the common areas.
